What’s Your Genius?
The Problem is, “a growing trend of people who feel unfulfilled in their roles and dissatisfied and frustrated with personal results or success.” Most behavior systems only look at personality or motivation, the new trend takes three factors into account: Attribute, DISC, and Values. “Due to our legacy of dependence, we allow ourselves to be put into roles with predetermined duties or responsibilities and ways of doing things that completely fail to factor in our unique and individual talents and abilities. We allow others to force us into their ‘one best way’ instead of divining our own (i.e., my best way).” From What’s Your Genius.
This event will give use this insight about what our learners are bringing to the table when it comes to job satisfaction or even life motivation. As Part of the process we will have access to the Innermetrix instrument that will be printed and used during the afternoon event. Understanding who we are will help us to build success for our learners by adapting our process to their style. What’s you Genius? Go beyond just the behavioral instrument!
