ATTEND CRUCIAL CONVERSATIONS IN DECEMBER!
Learn to speak up? No problem! I tell people exactly what they need to
hear!
Oh really. And how’s that working for you?
Unless you’re trying to get people out of a burning building, you ought to
be just as curious about what others have to say.
If you have team members jumping ship, family members who are estranged and
neighbors who avoid you, reconsider your take-no-prisoners approach.
Whenever you're not getting the results you're looking for, it's likely that
a crucial conversation is keeping you stuck. Poertner Consulting Group has
helped many of Iowa’s businesses gain productivity and effectiveness through
the mastery of crucial conversations.
