Advertising With Us
We know that you have many choices in spending your advertising dollars. Thank you for considering supporting Central Iowa ASTD and sharing your message with our members.
We have various ways for your to connect with our members:
Chapter Networking Events - $100.00 per event which includes:
- (1) table in the meeting space for vendor materials and displays - table location determined by VP of Networking
- (1) Vendor placed item on each chair, item must be pre-approved by the VP of Networking
- Vendor provided paragraph read by the VP of Networking or the Meeting Host
- Table tents with vendor name and logo placed on each table (1) tent per table
- (3) Free chapter meeting guest passes
- Fee must be paid prior to the meeting
Website Advertising
A la carte items:
- E-mail blast to all chapter members $25 per blast, or 4 for $80
- Front page article $50 per month
- Front page teaser article + website page + e-mail blast (1) $150 per month
- Website page + e-mail blast (1) $100 per month
Notes for A la carte advertising:
- Advertiser will be responsible for creating copy for the article, teaser article, and e-mail blasts.
- Article may include any company logos, company highlights, and a link to your website.
- Any pictures must be approved by the VP of Communication prior to being placed on the website.
- A month is considered 30 calendar days and starts when the information is placed on the website.
- Advertiser will provide CI-ASTD with the dates for their e-mail blasts and be responsible for approval of the e-mail blast before it is sent to our membership.
- Failure to provide the above information will result in the termination of the advertising.
- All fees must be paid prior to advertising being placed on our website, or e-mail blasts being sent.
or choose our Deluxe Advertising Package which includes:
- Your logo on our homepage
- A full page on the website for your organization linked from the homepage
- Front page teaser article updated monthly driving members to your page on our site and a link to your company website on your webpage
- Purchase e-mail blasts for only $15 per e-mail blast.
- $300 per year (excludes e-mail blasts)
Notes for the Deluxe Advertising Package:
- Advertiser will be responsible for creating copy for the article, and teaser article.
- Advertiser will be responsible for providing CI-ASTD with an approved company logo in JPEG format.
- Advertiser website page may include any company logos, company highlights, and a link to your website.
- Any pictures must be approved by the VP of Communication prior to being placed on the website.
- Failure to provide the above information will result in the termination of the advertising.
- All fees must be paid prior to advertising being placed on our website.
