Many of our members are associated with Drake University's Master's degree program, Adult Learning and Organizational Performance (ALOP). To give our student members an opportunity to publish their works, we have created this section.

• To have your work included in this section, we ask that you:
  - be a current member of the central Iowa chapter of ASTD (Sign up online)
  
• - provide an abstract of your work, in 300 words or less, which must relate to the field of learning and development and be in .doc format
• - provide a copy of the full work, in .doc format (no more than 8 MB total file size)
• - have a recommendation from your professor for whom you wrote the research paper
