Membership Renewal

Use this online application to sign up for membership at one of these levels:

  • Existing Member - Individual membership; $80 per year.
  • New Member (brand new to CI-ASTD) - $85.
  • Student - Available to full-time students; $25 per year.

Instructions

Submitting an online application will take you to PayPal for payment (recommended). If you wish to pay by mail, please submit the invoice along with check payment to our Chapter Administrator.  The instructions for check payment are shown when finalizing your application.

Student Memberships require evidence that you are currently a full-time student. After completing the form and PayPal transaction, scan and email a student ID card (with date) or current transcript to our Chapter Administrator. If paying by check, you can submit this information with your payment.
